How to prepare roasted Hatch Chile Peppers.
*Always wear gloves when handling chilies.
Warm Freshly Roasted
Hatch Chile Peppers
1. Fill large mixing bowl half way full with cold water
2. Take each chili place in water one at a time and gently rub off skin.
3. Now pull off the top of the chili and pull out the seeds.
4. Your Chile peppers are now ready to be used in your favorite dish or frozen for use all year long.
Cold Refrigerated Roasted Hatch Chile Peppers
