The following Fish Department items may be ordered directly from
any Sunset Fish Department or as part of a larger order from a
catering representative. Custom seafood trays available upon request. Contact our Fish Department directly.
Available either whole, head on and bone-in
or boneless, head off and butterflied. All orders come decorated
with tomatoes, cucumbers, leaf lettuce and lemons and include
fresh dill sauce and mustard sauce on the side. Cost is calculated
based upon the weight of the whole fish, bone-in, before cooking. |
