how to order

You can place your catering order by phone, by fax or online. The easiest way to prepare your order is to use our online cart feature (accessible from the VIEW CART button to the right of each page of the catering section).

Use the cart to add or remove items, and change quantities to build your total order. You can then decide to either call, fax, or send it electronically to the store you select.

We don't require a credit card payment online to complete your order.

Our catering manager will call you within 1 business day to confirm the details and arrange payment.

to place a catering order online...

Add items from the catering menu to your cart. To place your order online:

• checkout from the cart
• enter your contact information
• select the store you wish to pick up from
• press the Send button

You will receive an order confirmation/receipt via e-mail.

to place a catering order by fax...

Add items from the catering menu to your cart. To place your order by fax:

• checkout from the cart
• enter your contact information
• select the store you wish to pick up from
• press the 'Print Fax' button

When the order finishes printing, fax it to the Sunset Foods fax number at the top of the printout. Save the fax as a receipt.

to place a catering order by phone...

• checkout from the cart
• enter your contact information
• select the store you wish to pick up from
• press the 'Print Phone' button

When the order finishes printing, call the Sunset Foods telephone number at the top of the printout and ask for the catering department. You'll have the printout to refer to when making arrangements.

Please allow at least 48 hours before the day of your event and 5 days before a holiday. Cart Tips
